CIESC believes in annually reviewing its strategic plan, which is developed with input from internal and external stakeholders. There are three major areas of focus with seven goals this year:

Value - Our employees and our clients (Students, Educators and Districts) 

• Goal #1 - To maintain or increase employee satisfaction at a level 3 or 4 as measured by the annual employee satisfaction survey by June 2025.

• Goal#2 - To recruit and retain talent by ensuring competitive compensation at fair market value as measured by a market analysis done by May 31, 2025.

• Goal #3 - To maintain or increase member district Return on Investment levels annually as measured by the Dashboard and reviewed by August 31, 2025.

• Goal #4 - To maintain or increase member satisfaction levels with the quality of CIESC programs and services as measured by district visit results and client surveys by June 30, 2025.

Organizational Awareness - Ensure employees and clients are aware of our programs and services

• Goal #5 - To increase employee awareness of programs and services as measured by multiple assessments by June 30, 2025.

• Goal #6 - To increase client awareness of programs and services as measured by Sapphire (CIESC’s marketing team) designed metrics by June 30, 2025.

Strategic Growth - Purposeful expansion of services to meet district needs while honoring internal resources

• Goal #7 - To identify 3-5 potential areas of current or new program and service growth by June 30, 2025, and develop an action plan based on the results.

CIESC’s leadership team is responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and accountability aspects of the strategic plan. Although implementation and monitoring will be ongoing, results will be measured quarterly, and action steps will be modified as necessary to ensure long-term and sustainable success.
